We painted the structure and assembled/wired the remaining bubble hangers. Next weekend we will hang all the bubbles (sans ballons).

Thanks to all the volunteers who spent their holiday weekend stringing eggs, assembling bubble hangers, erecting/moving scaffolding, painting, and much more. We made a ton of progress, including welding the first three arms on to the steel structure.
