Mateo Lofts is made up of four duplex apartment buildings situated in San Clemente, California. The site consists of four north-south lots, each with its own duplex. The lofts feature large, open floor plans with garden views and balconies to allow for an indoor-outdoor living experience. Each building is capped with a shared roof deck, providing expansive views and ample space for entertaining. The buildings are joined by a pedestrian mall running through the center of the four lots, creating an inviting sense community.
