Resort View is a housing complex adjacent to a golf course on the Southern California coast north of San Diego. The 27 unit community includes a combination of townhouses and flats. The community is centered around a lush landscaped central courtyard with private areas for barbecuing, picnicking and gathering with fountains, fire pits and table tennis. The units themselves have many large windows for natural day lighting and connections to the green courtyard as well as private rooftop balconies.
